IMSTC: Indonesian Medical Students' Training and Competition

The Indonesian Medical Students Training and Competition (IMSTC) is an annual event organized by AMSA-Indonesia that emphasizes the knowledge philosophy of AMSA. This year, IMSTC 2024 is hosted by AMSA-UAJ under the theme “INCREASE: Initiative in the Cure and Prevention of Blood Disorder Diseases in Pediatric Life.”

The four-day event features a range of academic competitions, such as scientific posters, scientific papers, public posters, videography, and photography, with the top 10 delegates from various universities for each branch delivering oral presentations. 

Besides academic events, the event offers social activities such as a city tour, a blood donation drive, and volunteering with children who have thalassemia. We also showcased each district’s unique cultures through culinary night, district booth, and district performance in which members from one particular district worked together to represent their districts.
